Select products

Once you have accessed your gallery, the available images for ordering will be displayed. At the top, you may see folders containing additional photos. Click on a folder to view the images inside.

To view a larger preview of an image, click directly on the image. Navigate through the photos using the arrow icons on the sides. To close the preview, click the cross icon in the top left corner. Clicking the Select button at the bottom will display the products available for ordering with that photo.

You can also click the Select button directly from the main gallery view. Depending on the gallery’s layout, you may need to hover over the image to make the Select button visible.
To select multiple photos at once, click the Select multiple button in the top left corner. Selected photos will be highlighted with a blue frame and a tick mark. Once all desired images are selected, click the Select button in the bottom right corner to open the selected images in the Product Selection menu, where you can choose the products you want to order.

Select Articles

After selecting images and clicking the Select button, a menu will open showing the selected photo or photos on the left side and the available products on the right. At the top right, you will find category options. Click on a category to see the products available within it.

To choose a product, click on it. Additional configuration options will appear, depending on the gallery’s configuration.

To add a product to your cart, click Add to cart. You can then choose to {Continue Shopping} to add more items or Open shopping basket to proceed with checkout.

Edit Image

Within the configuration menu of your selected product, you may find an Edit image button at the bottom of the photo. Clicking this opens the Image Editor tool, which allows you to reframe the image. Note: This option depends on the photographer’s settings and may not always be available.

To adjust the size, click and drag any of the corner squares in the image. While editing, pay attention to the red bleed frame — it is recommended to keep images and design elements at least 0.5 to 1 cm away from the red line. Anything outside the red line will not appear in the final product.

When satisfied with your changes, click OK to apply the adjustments and continue with your order.

Buy All Images

If the option to download all digital files in the gallery is enabled, a Buy all images button will appear at the top.

Clicking this button will open a menu showing the price and details of the included images. Click Add to cart to place all digital files, as configured, into your cart.

Once the order is completed, you will receive an email containing a ZIP file with all purchased digital images. Download the file and decompress it to access your photos.

Order Product Sets

If product sets have been configured for the gallery, an Order product sets button will appear at the top. Clicking it will display the product sets available to order.

You can also find product set options when selecting a photo to order as a product.
Click Select article for any product set option to open a menu where you can assign images to each article in the product set. Click Add images and choose the desired image for each photo product included in the set.

Once all required images for each product category have been selected, click Add to cart to include the product set in your order.

My Access Codes

While inside a gallery, you will notice a My access codes button at the top. Clicking on it will take you to the My access codes page.

Here, you can add a gallery key for a different gallery if you have one. For example, you might add a sibling’s gallery key — allowing you to navigate between multiple galleries and order images from them in a single shopping basket.

To add a gallery key within the My access codes menu, click the Add Gallery access key button and enter the key code of the gallery you wish to include.

If a product set has been configured to allow including images from different galleries, you will find the Order product sets button at the top of the My access codes menu. In addition, when selecting the product set from one of the galleries configured that way, you will notice that all images added to your My access codes will be available for selection and can be included in the product set. This means you can order a product set using images from all the galleries you have linked.
