Error messages in the design software

Please reinstall the software

Please download the latest version of our Saal Design Software and install it once again.
If the error still occurs, we need more information to locate and reproduce the problem.

Error message still appears after new installation?

Please follow the steps below:

  1. Please download and install our diagnosis tool through the following links:

    Windows: https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/fra-webresources/Clients/DiagnosisTool.exe
    Mac: https://s3.eu-central-1.amazonaws.com/fra-webresources/Clients/DiagnosisTool.dmg

  2. When it is installed and started, please select the folder where the Saal Design Software is installed. Usually you can find the folder under C:\Program files\...

  3. Then please click on "Next" and the design software will start automatically.
  4. Please repeat the steps that lead to the error. Please close the software and click on "Save output data". 

  5. A ZIP file will be generated.

In the end, please send the ZIP file and a screenshot of the error message to support@saal-digital.co.uk.
