Define your own prices
Decide the price of your work in detail. Sell digital files by defining the price per resolution or decide the commission you want to receive when selling your images in photographic products such as Wall Art and FineArt posters.
Sell product sets
Create sets of photo products and sell them at a price you choose. With Saal Digital's extensive product selection, you can add as many products as you'd like to your personalized product set. For example, you can add 10 photo prints, 2 fine art posters, and 1 metal print and set a one-time price for the entire product set. Create your own vouchers for your Photo Portal online store
You can create your own vouchers for your Photo Portal galleries! Your customers will be able to use them throughout your shop and galleries.
As the seller, you can choose all the conditions: start date, expiry date and minimum order value. You will also have complete control over what the voucher applies to: downloadable files, product sets, photo projects... Use promotions in your galleries
To encourage orders, you can create gallery-specific promotions that will be clearly visible when you enter the gallery. If there’s an active promotion in a gallery, your customer can simply shop as they would normally. The discount will be reflected at the end during the order payment, taking into account the discount level.
When you create a promotion, you will be able to add up to three discount levels to motivate bigger purchases. Your customer will be able to see, at the top of the gallery, how much they have spent and when they will reach the next following discount level.

FAQ - Frequently asked questions
Can I redeem the vouchers from the Saal Digital website in the Photo Portal?
No, the vouchers that are available on the Saal Digital website cannot be redeemed in the Photo Portal.
Who pays the shipping costs?
Normally, your customers will have to cover the shipping costs.
If you have a Saal Prio subscription, your customers will also receive free shipping on all orders with a minimum order value of £20 they place through your Photo Portal store.
Who does my customer pay to?
We take care of all the payment processing. Your customer buys directly from Saal Digital. Your profit is transferred to your payout account every month on the billing date.
Saal Digital is the one who deals with the processing of the payment, this means, for example, the invoicing, order confirmation, order tracking and customer service, as well as handling the entire process, completely free of charge.
What is the date on which the settlement amount will be cleared with my payout account?
The settlement date for the settlement amount to be cleared with your payout account can be found on Sales > Your Settlements. The settlement amount will then be cleared with your payout account on that date. Please note that a bank transfer can take up to three working days depending on the country.
How much service fee/commission does Saal Digital receive from the sale?
You don't need to worry because we don't charge any service fee or commission.
To which countries can the products be shipped?
In the shopping cart, customers can view the list of countries to which shipping is available. They can select the country of their choice. Shipping to other EU countries is possible for customers residing in the EU, however, shipping to countries outside the EU is not available.
How does the payment for my customers work?
Your customer pays Saal Digital directly. Your earnings will be credited to your payout account on a monthly basis on the settlement date. Please note that a bank transfer can take up to three business days depending on the country.
