Generally delivery times are quick and accurate. Last order was slightly slower, but normally 5*. Quality is always good. Sometimes a certain image doesn't suit a certain paper, but that's really the fault by the user making the wrong choice. I can't complain because whenever i have chosen the wrong medium, then you have replaced the item for me. So customer service is a true 5* experience

The prints look stunning! I would recommend staying clear of the glossy for photography and go with the silk, it's beautiful; I just wish I could afford more prints!

This is the first time using Saal following a positive recommendation from James Popsys on You Tube. Really pleased to have discovered Saal as the poster prints that I ordered were beyond my expectations in quality. I cannot wait to order more through at my earliest opportunity.

I ran some test prints of my fine art photography on three Hahnemule Photo Rag, and two Hahnemule Fine Art Baryta papers (A3) and the results are great. It would be great if other fine art papers, such as Hahnemule William Turner or Hahnemule Photo Rag Baryta, were available options for future prints. But so far, the results are fantastic and they reflect the final look that I want from my large photography prints.

I could not be happier with how my fine art prints came out. I have had the exact same images printed out at competing printers and they did not match up to the results from Saal Digital. I tested my prints out on their Baryta paper and the shadows came out clean, with a bright white-point, providing a dynamic range that matched my edit of the images as they appeared on screen. I am very much looking forward to printing my fine art photography portraits on a different paper offered by Saal Digital and am happy to commence the process of test printing my work for my physical portfolio of photography work. *I paid for these prints.

Great app - easy to use and simple to review

The experience in ordering a large canvas print could not have been easier. Upon receipt of the product, I opened the box to see a really beautifully done canvas print with the clarity and color as submitted in the original Jpeg. It was really well done. I have had canvases done by others and there is no comparison on the printing and especially the color replication.

My metal print came out fantastic. The order was very well package. It looks beautiful on my wall. The software works very well and I was glad it accepted a high resolution image.

I previously bought a photo book which exceeded my expectations in quality and shipping. I decided to give this a test run on buying a poster. The software option for selecting a photo to choose from is extremely basic as easy as just selecting the photo. The app itself lets you know wether or not the image is good in its quality. I decided on having a shot one of my most influential show introduction as the poster. It was hard to get this image in a decent quality in which the app stated the it wasn’t the highest but was good. I also decided to buy the poster with a metal frame and clear cover. Shipping was extremely fast and have no complaints as it was packaged as if it were a $1,000 item. The quality of the frame is amazing and VERY sturdy. The quality of the photo came out way better than what I was expecting, its as if it were actually from a computer screen.

Everything was great, Saal always delivers top quality photos.

Only got on print so far to see how the quality would turn out but I'm very impressed, especially for the price!
