Snap to grid and distance function

In the Saal Design Software you have the possibility to set different distances to the edge of the page with the selected object box.
There are three selectable variants:

Distance:

The distance from object box to object box is defined here.
If you enter a distance of 2 cm as in the example below, you can drag one object box to another
and at the fixed distance, a reference line is displayed, on which the box will 'snap-to'.

Distance (Page Edge):
The distance from the object box to the edge of the page (up to the trimming line) is defined here.
Pull your object box in the direction of the edge until the box clicks into place at the set distance.

Distance (center of the page):
The distance from object box to the center of the page is defined here.
Pull your object box in the direction of the center of the page until the box clicks into place at the set distance.

You can also combine the different distance inputs, thus aligning the distance, for example, at the edge of the page and another object at the same time.
