Find Installation Log

Windows

  1. Make sure that hidden folders are displayed
  2. Navigate to the following folder (please make sure you replace "<User Name>" with your own):
    • Windows 8, Windows 7, Windows Vista: C:\Users\<User Name>\AppData\Local\Adobe\AIR\logs

    • Windows XP: C:\Docouments and Settings\<User Name>\Local Settings\ Application Data\Adobe\AIR\logs\

    • Windows XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<User Name>\Local Settings\Application Data\Adobe\AIR\logs

  3. Attach the Install.log file to the support e-mail. If you already have a ticket for this issue, reply to the support email.

Mac OS X

  1. Start the console application (For Applications / Utilities)
  2. Choose system.log from the list on the left
  3. Enter "SaalDesignSoftware" at the top right of the filter input field (without quotes)
  4. Copy the contents of the large text box and send it to support. If you already have a ticket for this issue, reply to the support email.
