Colour tolerances

Productionand manufacturing tolerances can, unfortunately, not be avoided with us, even though we use a great deal of effort to minimize this. Tolerances are present in every production and are a permissible deviation which results from production.

Production-related, slight colour deviations between images and orders can not be completely avoided. There may be slight colour differences between different jobs and different materials.

Sample photo prints: Unfortunately, we can not guarantee that all photo prints will be produced on the same exposure machines. Since the exposure is a process involving chemistry, the chemistry also has slight fluctuations, which can lead to colour differences in the final product.

If you order photographic products with different materials, it can lead to different colour representations.

Due to the use of different materials (wall decors, posters, cards, photo prints, etc.) and different production methods, the results will not look identical.

If, for example, we compare photo prints with a glossy or a matte surface and also greeting card, one finds that all the materials have their own white tones, which influences the final result, so you can not compare cards with wall decors. Likewise, all materials differ in their properties, such as the tonal value increase, property of the printing ink, surface, etc.

Various production methods, machines and inks are also used which do not allow a comparison of colours, e.g. photo prints are exposed, but wall decors are produced through UV direct printing.

For these reasons, it is not possible to compare the colour result of, for example, Alu Dibond and canvas, a photobook with a card or a poster with a canvas.
